Ok. So I ordered a chromecast using this website on 2nd Jan. 2014. I used pay on delivery method as I didn't have any trust in this website after reading customer reviews on MouthShut. It was written there that you will get your product in 4-5 days and then nothing happened.
I called on the customer service number and all I could hear was a busy tone all the time. Tried that Mumbai based number 10 times but no luck. Days passed and I lost hopes of getting my product.
On 22nd of Jan. at 7 PM from their customer service. The girl told me that my product is getting dispatched and I should get it in a day or 2. Then I got my product. Product was upto mark. Untouched, properly sealed and it worked flawlessly.
Now my advice to you guys is that if you really wish to grow like Flipkart or Snapdeal, invest in your customer service and logistics. 20-25 days is too much in this impatient age. Else inform the customer at the first place that it is gonna take this much time.
Highly happy with the product but really disappointed with customer service and time taken in delivery.
