Same story here.one more victim, I guess!
ORDER NO. SYYWORD1447 placed on 23rd December.
Got really suspicious once there were no updates in the order for 2 weeks. Several mails, calls.finally got thru to Customer Service - Priyanka after waiting for about an hour.
Promised delivery on 14th Jan.few days ago got a mail saying product will be delivered on 17th Jan. Now am not even able to get through on chat.
