I feel this review is:
I recently bought one Swissgear backpack and my experience with this company was worst. Delivery was never well informed.Once delivered they don't care at all.No one responds to mail or phone call. After several attempts someone picked the call and was not at all interested in listening the concern.Now I realised why this kind of companies never succeed like Amazon or Flipkart.
