I have used this website too many times for shopping but I didn't find it good. Now a days this website is not opening. I have tried too many times but it always shows this site is currently unavailable please try again later. Customer service of this website is very bad. They don't think the convience of their customers. You can't contact them because their contact information is totally useless. I had also tried too many times but I got failed to contact them.
PRODUCT QUALITY
If I talk about product quality of this website, I found it very bad. They don't provide a real product. Most of the time you are delivered a fake or duplicate product. I had ordere two sarees but when I get , I saw that the colour of sarees is vary bad. It was totally different from the given product. They provide a weak colour combination in their products which is not permanent. After some time you will find that the colour of ordered product is start loosing.
DELIVERY AND TIMELINE
Delivery of this website is very poor. They don't deliver product on time. They took a long time to deliver your product. Some times it take a couple of months for delivery. For the enquiry of late delivery you can't contact to your delivery person because they don't provide contact information of the delivery person. If you want to return or exchange your product, then it is very difficult to do so.
CONCLUSION
Overall if I say this website is not good for shopping. Some times I found it fake because it is not opening always. Delivery of this wesite is also not good. Product quality is very bad. So I think you should not purchase any product from this website because this website is not real. If you purchase any product from this site, you will totally waste your money and time.
