Worst online experience ever. Review on Shoppingdil

Few months back I think before 5 months I saw this shoppingdil selling led bulbs on tv, the seller guys had done a very great job I would like to tell because no one has that much guts to sell that worst things on tv, I caught in the trap that shoppimg dil made, so I ordered that bulbs and a msg came that it will be deliverd within 10 days and they gave me there customer care no also which they never respond to it then after 10 days there was no even a single call or information about my order and u may not believe they called me after 2 months to enquire about my order I told them to cancel my order and they accepted and after15 days they called me again telling ur order is being delievered today which I told them to cancel then they by force sent to my adress then I took my order of led bulb and tested wether they are good or not and I came to know that only 7 out of 10 were working and I tried to replace my order but no respond by the company and even now they call and tell about there special offers and when I ask about my order replacement then they ignore and hang my call, these companies should be banned which try to make there customers fool.!
