Few days back I had seen an advertisement on videocon dish TV chanel of set of 10 comfort leggings which was running by https://shoppingdil.com. I decided to order it cuz the quality they had shown in the advertisement was so good. It got delivered to me after 10 day after doing so many followups with their customer care. When I opened the package I found the quality of the product is so worst(very thin material like a net) & now as per their refund policy I have sent an email to customercare@shoppingdil.com but,
I am not getting no response. I also tried calling their customer care at 033 30959697 and 033 30959595 but, they are just saying you will get refund....you will get refund....you will get refund....like a robot. They didn't even ask me my name & other details like order number to check the status of my refund request. I am requesting all of you not to purchase any product from this site as they are fake & providing worst quality which you wont even get in the local market. I will wait for some more time & then I will log a complaint in consumer forum. Order Number - 30654
