These guys are total fraud. I bought pearl set for Rs 3000, once shipped, I found quality is far below standard from the image and description shown. So I decided to return. I called the Times folks and they emailed me the process of return.
Issue# 1: The return process is so complex and exhaustive that you will have to spend lot of time. Also, once you complete that, there is no acknowledgement from Times guys.
I completed the return process and called multiple times to get the confirmation that they have received the return. They accepted this after TWO MONTHS.
*Issue # 2: After lot of follow-up they refunded Rs 350 in stead of Rs 3000. I am calling and sending mails but not getting any satisfactory answer. I have been told last that I need to send a Demand Draft of Rs 350 to some Manish Gulati and only after that they will look into the issue.
I am really frustated, it is more then 3 months now and I dont see any action from their side. I am not sure why they want me to refund Rs 350(only logic they are telling that they need this back to start the fresh return process) when they still have to pay me.
