Indiatimes only sells its products using discounts. They don't believe in following any time constraint for shipping or return policy.
Recently, I have purchased a pedestal fan from Indiatimes shopping on 27-Jun-13. They delivered a damaged item on 05-Jul. I informed the customer care immediately. They registered a case and fixed a date for resolution on or before 22-Jul-13. But as expected, they could not close the case till that date.
Even after writing 3 emails and calling then 5 times, I could not get any date from them for resolving the issue. They are not ready to commit any date, even in months duration also. They are just saying that they are looking into the case and will inform me, when they get the confirmation.
Now I am stuck in the situation. They are neither replacing the product, nor refunding my money. I am feeling helpless now.
