I had ordered a Set of 2 Davidoff Cool Water Deodorants on 26/09/12 via Order No. 3001500130.
Same was Dispatched (as per their records) via Overnite Express on 11/10/12, AWB No. - 7054035166
Till 30th item was not delivered ( 20 days, god knows how overnite is shipping, even bullock-cart might have reached by this time), thus I raised a complaint on 30th Oct (Case Id. 478665), I got a few calls from them that they will arrange the delivery within 2 days, after 6 days overnite updated its status as delivered, I got a call from indiatimes regarding delivery and I informed them I had not received it, still they also updated as delivered (Even when I had informed them).
Now they had raised another complaint for non delivery (just getting another 15 days time for this new complaint), claiming that they might have delivered at another address, how on earth its possible when my mobile no. is there, even I had bought earlier from them and other online portals and there is no such issue in last 5 years.
I had lost my faith in them, its my last purchase / Donation to them, even I request all of you who read this, please do not waste your money by buying from https://shopping.indiatimes.com
- They are simply cheating buyers by Non delivering and asking them lodge complaint which takes 15 days to reply from them (not resolved).
Final Words - STAY AWAYYYYYYYYYYYYY FROM THEM............
