I ordered for nikon coolpix(blue) s31 digital camera from shopping.indiatimes on 16 December.
They gave me an expected delivery date of 27 December 2013.
I got a call from them on 25 or 26 regarding the color which I had order(blue) is not available, so I have to take brown colour. After that, there was no response from there side. Today is 3 Jan 2014, still my order is not delivered .
2 days ago, I lodged a complaint for cancellation (complaint no-1226438) for my order due to late delivery.
They told me that the order can not be cancelled since order is already packed.
But my question is, if the order had been packed on 25 December then why it is not delivered to me ?
The customer care executives are highly incapable of solving any query of the customers.
They know only one thing, that is to APPOLOGIZE.
Very much disappointed with indiatimes shopping. and never gonna recommend anyone to shop from there.
You should use flipkart or snapdeal. They are far better.
