This is in reference with my order ID 3003553520, booked and paid on 25th Sept., 2014. The estimated time for delivery was 4th October 2014.
On 7th OCtober 2014 I received your mail saying that order will arrive on10th .Your order tracking No. is 10116101292
Till the moment I write this mail i.e. 15thOctober 11:53AM, I havnt received my order. Which is almost 20days from the date of booking my order and paying you.
We as a buyer already paid you and still delay is wasting our money and interest on it.
What is the compensation indiatimes will offer for this inconvenience caused? Because usually buyer or user is responsible for inconvenience caused like cancellation of ticket will cut some percentage of the ticket. Like late payment of credit card is charged with fine or any late fees or payment to some organization/website/company, user has to bear the inconvenience or for that matter convenience fee.
The parcel has arrived at the Delhivery-the courier service- on 7th October 2014.I would like to know plan of action on the same. Can we approach consumer forum/court.?
