I bought a mobile from Indiatimes shopping. But I still regret as to why I did. Not for the first time did I make an online purchase but definitely the worst. It is difficult to get through and when you do you will not get right answer. Payment is promptly taken but products do not reach in time. When bought this mobile for my daughter for her birthday, I was told informed that product will reach in 15 days but on enquiry I was told that the product will reach after 15 days of receipt of payment. I missed the date and felt sorry. The call centre is very poorly handled and rudely answered. I had to make a purchase from this site only because this was not available on any other site. Since I was travelling and would have missed presenting the mobile personally I opted for this site.
