I ordered a Dostana Movie CD the new dostana however, they sent me the old movie CD when complained at customer care they say that they are helpless as I had ordered a wrong CD which is now very difficult prove.
The site does not have adequate tracking facilities where in one can prove that the customer has actually ordered the wrong product, and even if it is wrongly ordered there should be 100% refund if the customer does not want the product within a specified period of time where in we have the option to send the product back for a full refund.
This is not my first order at indiatimes shopping however, this is the first time I have experienced such a Flaw in which I feel helpless and the customer care at India times is least bothered. I feel CHEATED but will think again to be a customer of indiatimes shopping or not.
