I have a complain against web site https://indiatimes.com shopping. I had ordered a gift which was worth 66.68 USD. This gift was advertized as a special
gift for Valentines day and was promised to delivered if the order was given before 13th Feb noon they would deliver the gift before 14th Feb. However even after placing the order before hand, these guys just deducted my money and still did not deliver my gift. They just have a way of communicating by a common email. I never got any reply to my complains and no idea whom to contact to. Looks like my money is lost. I have all proofs to prove the above said. If someone can let me know if there is a public forum where we can sue this site, please let me know.
Indiatimes should have some shame atleast to justify their existence on the internet today. In this entire online shopping I came to know one very important thing. No one man in indiatimes is responsible for answering. At the end they can just say that they delivered the good that was promised. They are not accountable to show us the proof whether they really delivered the gift.
Thanks and Regards
