I am one of the victims of shoping.indiatimes.com. I ordered a mobile phone cost Rs 24200(Samsung Galaxy S3) in 6 Monthly instalments(Rs-4033/ Month).
There was delivery time mentioned 5-6 days but I got this mobile on 28th may(After 10 days). After 20 days I got my credit card bill that was Rs 24200 instead of Rs 4033/Month, after having this information I contacted to customer care but they refused me by saying that I did not select 6 month EMI option Plan & they cannot help me and hung up my call after putting me on hold for 20 minutes. Next day I wrote an email to customer care but there is not reply so far.I wrote an email by my online indiatimes account but they said they cannot help me In this case
