I placed an order for a "Multiple Use Foldable Tray" after seeing the ads in TOI and paid through credit card online. After a couple of days, the website was showing the status as Item Shipped with an AWB No. 43819325653. When I tried to look for it on the Blue Dart website, the said AWB number was not found and it gave an error message.
Since then, I have been following up on emails and phone for over 4 weeks but to no avail. I have neither received the item, nor refund of my money. Every 3-4 days, I get an email from them saying that the item has been shipped and will reach me in a week and every time they give the same wrong AWB number which I have checked 20 times till now and it is incorrect.
There is no place where one can escalate the issue or no phone/email that you can contact to get a resolution. It seems like their responsibility is limited to taking your money and sending you emails but "No Product". I seem to have lost my money!
