Hi Everyone,
I have ordered Samsung Galaxy Grand Dous I9082 through shopping.indiatimes.com which gave upto 10% off as mid night sale. The expected delivery date was 31st May 2013. But, I received the product on 29th May, which is super fast delivery.
After buying this product, I read the reviews about the indiatimes website. I was shocked to see the negative reviews here. If I would have read the reviews before placing the order, I would not have bought it even it was given half the price. After a couple of days, I had an online chat with the indiatimes customer care. They are very polite and decent people. They said that they will dispatch my product by the end of the day.
As said, they have dispatched the product and updated the Courier number on the my order status and also informed me through mail. The courier agency was "Delivery". After seeing it, I tracked my order on Delivery website, it was "in transit". When I searched for the review of Delivery, It also has many negative reviews. But, fortunately, I received the order the next day and everything was good in a nice package.
So, I would **recommend Indiatimes website.
Even Nokia has recommended shopping.indiatimes.com.*
