How can one start writing about something like the so called great Indiatimes??? Man had I read the reviews on mouthshut a bit earlier...i could have saved my self from acute frustation and a life-quota of head-banging. These cheaters/thugs/suckers...take your pick...should be trusted less than Prez Musharraf and Prez Bush rolled into one!!
In pure statistical terms: I called them 127 times over the last 12 days of suffering (STD from Mumbai), out of which 5 times I was answered to...30 times the phone was picked up and placed off the hook so that I may be benefitted with the sound of their astute service personnel chatting the day away and maybe laughing on my plight...and rest of the times the connection just couldnt be established...phone engaged (read picked up and placed on the table) Everytime I talked to their gem of a sales person- Mr. Sahni, I was assured that my refrigerator would be delivered ''today or tommorow''- he even claimed that the goods have left the local warehouse for my address. Twice I had to leave my office mid-way and rush all the way from Bandra to Thane (1.5 Hours journey) only to be disappointed once again. I wrote a lot of mails...long-short-stinkers-and everything in between type of mails to one of their esteemed executives- got a reply once!!
Man a serious query- extremely serious- is their a way to drag them bastards through the streets all the way to court...any way I can extract my vengeance... I sincerely believe that this stinking trash of a site should be collectively debarred from accessing the internet medium...they will ultimately ruin whatever reputation ''b to c''net-commerce has made over so many years... Friends...if u want a cardiac arrest out of anxiety as a free gift with ur purchase...go for this site..otherwise avoide it as plague!!!
