In short, stay away from them no matter what discount they offer. I fall into this discount thing and ordered multiple things, not even a single order was completed properly. Some items cancelled, some wrongly delivered, for them pick is not done, There is a escalation department which is pretty much useless as it keep on waiting for vendor response; who never bothers to reply. And they have precisely no control over vendor nor do they stock things with them. so its a totally hopeless situation.
So your order may go smoothly; given that the who the vendor is. I basically ordered few games and the vendor for same is pathetic; and so the pain starts. Item listed were not in stock, so order cancelled. At times they send draft for refund; and do not provide any tracking detail. One such draft is missing for me and I am yet to hear any words from them.
They ship wrong product and will not pick it; if pick it do not refund (not for 2 months at least). So conclusively; everything which can go wrong; does go wrong with IndiaTimes shopping. Save your money and peace of mind; buy from somewhere else.
For records, I did 6 orders from them; 1 cancelled, 1 delayed, rest 4 -> few items cancelled; for which refund is delayed (delayed means a month).
Only if mouthshut allowed me to rate them zero star.
