Worst experience of online shopping. I had placed an order for Samsung 26" LED on 23rd sept & was told that the product will be dispatched within 7 days & latest by 30th Sept.
On 1st october I checked my account & found that the product had not been dispatched & called their so called Customer Service. I was told that they cannot give any commitment as to when will the product be dispatched. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.
I had no option but to cancel the order and hope to get the refund in time
