I have ordered flowers on Saturday (Sept 8) Afternoon. But the order was not confirmed. I didnt get any email or confirmation. I checked the status on Sunday evening and found out that the order has not been confirmed by that time. I called customer care no 9900238888 after trying several times and the stupid guy told me to place another order since the previous order has been cancelled. So I placed another order (with some different website, of course) to ship the flowers.
Now today I found out that they have processed the order and the flowers have been dispatched too. I tried calling the same customer care no for 30 min but all the support staff was busy with I dont know what.
Their service sucks. They told me the order has been cancelled and then charged me for the same too. This is real fraud, how can they do this I could not understand?
