India times shopping is one of most pathetic services I have come across. I booked my order on 13th April and my bank account was debited immediately.
It is 11 days today and status in my account still shows "order verified". I tried to reach customer care and spoke to customer care several times. The service is useless as they give only information which is available on my account online.
It is not able to give me answers as to why my order is delayed or by when will it be couriered. I have written to their escalations department and customer service departments several mails. It is amazing even for complaints they reply in “generalized mails” ensuring you best of their services. One of the most pathetic services I have come across...I had never expected this from one of the most reputed houses in India. Will never shop over here again and advise the same to my friends also.
