I recently fell for a online campaign Indiatimes ran and bought a OTG. Ever since I have realized not to buy online from such low credibility sites. I have always had wonderful experience buying from both Flipkart and Indiaplaza. For the first time I bought from Indiatimes and realized they are no where near professionals. First they delivered a damaged product with multiple dents on the body.
I called them and they had a cool reply. Send us photographs and then we can consider what to do. More than ten days I have sent them the photographs, first few days they made me do "merry go round" - you send to this email id, that email id etc. Now after they are sent to all possible ids they have stopped responding to my emails and on the phone their agents give standard replies.. your complains is in process you will hear back from us.
I wanted to buy this product for Dassehra, for sure this Diwali is not possible.. not sure if they will act by next Diwali.Moral of the story - Do not buy from this pathetic website.
