I had ordered a Xolo Q700 brown mobile phone on 12-05-2013 after finding it was "in stock" and the price was very competitive (Order ID: 3002309707). The payment was done immediately with a credit card but to my astonishment I found the Order receipt showing "Payment not received". I waited for 2 days and then contacted them about the same on 15-05-2013 (Complaint Case ID: 861090) when they said me to send the credit card statement for the same. I immediately send them a copy of the online statement as an e-mail attachment (in MS Word) which they unable to open.


No response from them and so I have to call them again when one of the Official told me to send the same in pdf format. I took all the pain to convert into pdf format and send it within 30 minutes. Again they were silent and I have to call them again when they generated a receipt showing "Payment Received" and the "Expected Delivery Date" as 25-05-2013. I thought the problem ended there and hoping for the delivery of the said item at the earliest.


But again to my utter surprise, I received an SMS followed by an e-mail that the Order had been cancelled and "processing for refund of the money". I call them again to inquire why the order was cancelled; the reply was that cancellation was done from their side as the product was "Out of stock". But I checked their site repeatedly for the availability of this particular mobile phone and it was always "In Stock" even when I received their confirmation about my payment on 15-05-13 afternoon.


I waited for 3 days for the confirmation of my payment and it was not my fault even if the product became "Out of Stock" in the interim period. A worst example of Customer Service and Integrity & Transparency of an online shopping site. I have never faced such a dubious online site who are taking customers for a ride; in one word "cheating".


My review is to remind you once more about their dubious distinction as a con shopping site and "beware" of any transactions with them. They deserve a "Negative Star".

What's happened to you is unacceptable and against our customer friendly policy but please take this scenario as an exception and not as a yardstick to evaluate our customer service, at this juncture your order stands canceled and moreover refund is also initiated from our end and we assure you in future their will be no such ambiguities.
