I ordered Ipad 4 32GB Wifi on 26 May 2013 through order # 3002359737 till the time I am writing this review I haven't got any details on shipment of product. Previously I restrain myself to write anything on delivery of goods since they have given me a time to deliver by 5 Jun. Till today which is 4 Jun and last date of delivery is 5 jun 2013, I haven't got any information on where are goods. For the last 6 days customer care department is showing "Case Manager is awaiting shipment confirmation" that is all.
Who is the case manager ? When I am receiving the goods ? WHat are the contact details of Case manager?
After all these reviews I am literally not pissed up that I am going to be on the same boat. I have done online shopping on Yebhi/Jabong many times and they have got a super sonic response and even they update everyday so at least you know that somebody is working. So you get your peace of mind.
But at indiatimes shopping there is nothing. I ordered one small product from rediff. on the same dat and they delivered that product on Sunday where they even displayed the seller contact # & address etc but again on indiatimes there is nothing.
To all online shopper before purchasing anything from any site please go through there facebook page/Mouthshut/consumer complaint websites. Please do not repeat mistake like me as I have done this purchcase because of Indiatimes name is associated with "TImes Group".
If this delivery didn't happened by 5 Jun (which is tomorrow) then this order is going to be mine last & final thing with Indiatimes.
