Indiatimes shopping is very responsive, and good shopping site.My own experience is very good .the best thing is that they keep in touch with you , informing the progress and do the shipment before the due date.
IHad to purchase a vaccume cleaner, I searched it on site and find out that this indiatimes is good than I placed an ordered for the same .I choose the the payment option by cheque and the people from the company came in touch with me .they told me to make a chequeand than their collecting agent collected the cheque
After four day they told me on my cell number that your product will reach you by so and so date .And to my surprise it landed two day before .I was thinking it might be anything in the box , so fearfull I opened the box .I find the same product I opted for the colour is the same as I ordered .
Aftter that I have an immense faith on these people I purchased a mobile phone even and it is too working fine .
Therefore my experence with indiatimes shopping is very good .I know they care for their clints they keep in touch and at the top of it ships the product within stipulated time
