I bought lava iris 405(order number#3002414774) on 14th June and this is my first shopping with india times. My expected delivery date was 22nd June. Till 19th my order status doesn't changed. So I mailed to Support team that "if my product is not going to be shipped today I will cancel my order" After 3 hours or something they updated the Safe express AWB number. But no data was available in the safe express site. On the next day(20th June) I called customer support.
The customer support person responded that they will be shipping only by today(20th June)(then how come the shipping number...??). After 2 hours or something I got a mail that my order is shipped and would be able to track the same in "SAFE Express" only after 24 hours and also the delivery date now is on or before 26th June. The next day(21 June) I saw some details(Yet to start from Delhi) in safe express .i called safe express customer support and queried for my delivery date. They also replied the same(on or before 26th June). But now today(23 rd June), again there is no tracking details available in their site. In spite on reading all the reviews only for the low price I ordered it from India times.I bought more products from flipkart as well as Ebay. For all my orders placed in this sites I got my delivery within 4 days. Definitely further I would not place any order in India times. If the service is not good even if those guys give 50% discount no one will be interested to buy the products from them.

At last I received my phone with superb packing. Thanks Times for your response. I heard that the shipping is delayed due to the bulk orders that are placed. But going forward please do rectify it.
