I had an old HTC Smartphone,
which I bought it 4 yrs ago and now I was facing an issue regarding battery backup.
The battery gets heat up easily as well as it drains up so quickly.
So I decided to buy a new original battery for it from online/offline stores.
I had searched it from every store but unable to find that specific model battery on/off stores.
soon I got it on Rediffshoping.The battery was original with warranty available.So I ordered it and the delivery period within nxt 7 days.
I got relaxed.I keep checking my delivery status regularly.
On 5th day I found my order was not ready.
I wait till 7th day but same status"not ready".
I was angery and mailed their customer service but I didn't got any reply till Day 10.
I was in a mood of cancelling my order but I waited till it delivers.
On day 15th
I got reply that it will be deliver within 10 days.As it was going out of time I waited plainly for it to deliver.
On 25th day it delivered.
Packaging was good and battery was original which made me happy but unsatisfied with their support towards delivery.
