Cheating through fake festival offers, They pamper you by offering Promotional offers but they will never fulfil their offers contract.
They kept me on wait to get Rakhi offer promotional cash back and During this I was sending them regular reminder mails and calls and they assured me in every email that very I will receive my cash-back Gift Voucher but after waiting some 45 Days they sent me A invalid Gift voucher.
When I called them and asked about invalidity then they said that due to their operational problems this was not shared to me in timely manner and now it has been expired. I asked them to reissue A fresh voucher But they answered they they cant re-issue this again, and as per their head office orders now they are closing my complaint.
They are using fully cheating formula to attract customer for buying giving such fake offer and then customer has to wait and long time but get nothing.
