Rediff shopping just sucks. I had bought some small things at various times and they were delivered always on time I guess.But off late there service has just degraded to lowest levels. I think they do not do proper research while outsourcing their work like delivering flowers.
I ordered some flowers for a very dear friend of mine on his anniversary in Feb. Rediff promptly took the payment from me and after due date for delivery updated the order status as Delivered.Imagine my embarrassment when after a few days I talked to my friend over phone and he said he never got my flowers.I immediately wrote to Rediff customer service.
Now again there is no phone number to reach out to and no email id as well. Just fill a form on web.Anyways they responded saying that they forwarded my complaint to actual service provider - URBAN FLORA in Pune and that I should directly followup with this guy.
Look at the response, as if I had given order to URBAN FLORA and not to rediff.Now URBAN FLORA responded back saying he is sorry and he will immediately deliver the flowers and apologised. So I thought that may be it was an oversight and will be resolved now.
Now it is Aug and stil neither the flowers have been delivered nor rediff has taken any action on this inspite of so many reminders from me.Rediff just sucks and I have stopped shopping at their site.
