I had a terrible experience while purchasing on the Rediff shopping website. I purchased 2 years back from Rediff website during Valentine Days. I was in Hyderabad that time and wanted to gift my fiancée in Pune, a Teddy Bear, chocolate Box and a Heart Shaped Clock.
I have seen the specifications of the above products and paid a very very hefty amount for that. Delivery was bang on time when I requested, but products… Ahhhhhhh. They screwed everything.
I ordered to deliver a Tedy bear of 15 inches height and they delivered a Tedy of 2.5 inch. I ordered a chocolate box of Swiss Chocklates, they delivered a Box of Kaju Katali. And last but not the least. I ordered a Clock of Heart shape with Love written on it, and Those morons had delivered a clock of Apple shape with Friend written on it.
It was my first Valentine day, and truly it will be memorable for me. They show something and deliver something else. But in my case they have even delivered anything as per their wish. I tried calling the customer care, but again I guess it even more worst than their website, and nothing happened. So finally I wasted almost Rs. 1300 for that. Its kind of lesson learnt for me. Fortunately my fiancée is good and she had excused me for that. So Beware before ordering anything.
I wont eever ver recommend to buy anything from Rediff Shopping. IT’S THE MOST PATHETIC WEBISTE……………………….
There is no way to put rating less tahn poor so I m settling down on poor.
