It's really worst experience in my life, that I choose rediff.com for my online purchases. In April month I was searching for a low cost Anroid mobile and I found one Mobile "GreenBerry A One", whose specification and price attract me and I started searching on online shopping site to purchase it. I could not find it in any of the reputed shopping sites like Flipkart or Amozon etc., finally I found it in rediff shopping site so I ordered it. See Below what happened to me.
It came to me after almost 4-5 days, what the delivery time mentioned at the time of shopping.
The item was used, numerous scratches on the handset.
I complain to rediff and they reverted after three days and ask me to courier the same to the shipper and courier cost to be reimburse to me maximum amount of Rs.250/-. after receiving the product by the shipper they will refund me the same.
I courier with Blue Dart which cost me Rs.300/-.
Shipper refuse to accept the product, then I mail to rediff and they reverted after 2-3 days and asked me to send the product to rediff office.
I told them that I have already paid money for the courier, you send your representative to collect. Finally, after almost a week time product got picket up.
I got my refund after almost 10-15 days.
In this whole process, it took almost one and half months, I loose my trust, patience. If I am dying and the last medicine for my revival is available only with rediff I will not buy.
