Being it my first time on Rediff shopping, I was easily fooled by the promise of delivering the article within 10 business days.
It has been almost double the time now and there is no news of my ordered item. Not only that but they have the worst customer support center. First the amount of time to reply to the emails is significantly high and then they do not understand the plain English saying "please cancel my order because it is passed the due delivery date and I no longer wish to buy it. I am expecting a full refund for the same."The Rediff customer care team replied to this "We are trying our best to dispatch your item at priority".
Please avoid them.
I am never going back to them again. Worst EVER.
