I bought two electric tandoor from Rediff shopping. One of them has come defective. from last 5 days I'm calling at toll free number 18002662333 but after IVR call never gets picked up by customer service representative and they say that thy provide customer service from 9 am-9 pm. I've dialled through out the day with a max hold time of 4 hours but the call was not picked up and this has happened multiple times. I've also written an email but there is no response. I'm left with no choice than posting a review here so that no one else suffers..
Rediff, despite being a name in the e-commerce industry fails badly in customer service.
