To all my fellow Indians never buy any product from Rediff , because they are are actually running a online cheating site.
I purchased a Dvd player on 15-12-2006 (order no : 3571275) after numerous correspondance I got the product after a month only to be in a complaint state. I immediately informed them, they told to return the DVD to there enabling partner who will replace it with a new one.
So I couriered it through professional courier after getting a confirmation from rediff. After numerous correspondence I got a shocking news from rediff that they did not receive the product. It took almost 2 months for them to say that they did not receive the product.
So I went to the courier office to find out what went wrong. The courier people showed me the delivery copy with the receipent sign and seal.
I tried faxing the delivery copy to rediff then I courier the delivery copy to rediff not once but many time, every time they gave the reply that they did not receive any fax or delivery copy.
In the mean time there executives were changing regularly, to whom I had to explain my story from the begining which is another pain staking experience.
After 6 months from the date of purchase I found there real motive, which was to cheat me.
I wrote many strong mails seeking explanation for this, but no one responded for another two months. At last I got a mail saying that no further correspondence can be held in this matter since I had made the purchase on 15-12-06, what does this mean.
What happened to the money I spend for the DVD, fax, telephone calls, courier charges, transportation charges, internet cafee charges and the pain I had taken in this regard for the past 8 months.
