Rediff used to be an excellent site, But thumbs down to them since a year now, Disappointed me twice when I ordered with late delivery, Then with much difficulty I had a customer support agent help me for a week before I had my order delivered home.
Rediff needs to provide a little more better customer service sector as they are the voice that hold the company together. When it comes to quality not much as expected but moderate I what I would say, Again it depends on their third party suppliers they choose!
