I have order bluetooth headse (Wireless Bluetooth Stereo Headset Neckband Style LG Tone Hbs730 White). first it has taken long time to deliver the product then when I got product it was Black headset with different model. I complaint him but ticket system sucks. many time I had provided landmark and many times I had complaint. Finally after 15 days they told they will send person to pick the wrong product and when they will get the product then they will check and send the new one to you. This process again takes 15 days.
It seems rediff shopping dont know the competition and service flipkart, snapdeal and amazon is providing. I made a mistake just because product was not available in flipkart and understood that how worst service rediff is giving.
BEWARE of REDIFF SHOPPING. You will not only buy wrong product but also u will buy HEADACHE and FRUSTATION from it.
