I normally order books from rediff shopping and never had a problem until recently when the website would take the order. deduct the amount from my bank account an then after 11 days sent me a order cancellation message that all, and here I am eagerly waiting got the books to arriave. it id very frustrating. In 1 particular order they mentioned the reason of non-availability and in the other case no explanation was give.
On top of that the whole tone of apologizing for non-delivery was also quite ridiculous and somehow it seems that they have no acctual support persons and the responces are so delayed and no phone to call. when I wrote to them I got there responce which repeated the same thing and no real resolution acctually.
I have stopped shopping from rediff :( Online was to make the customer king and really powerful howcome I am felling stupid and helpless.
