I purchased Nokia E52 full body in original form rediff shopping on 25th July 2013. My order no was: 8180151. I paid ( Rs 1800) in advance and got defective product. I called rediff customer care and told the story. They guide me to send it back to address: 416, Daulat Bhavan, 407 Kalbadevi Main Road, Opp Bhangwaadi, Mumbai - 400002, Maharashtra, India Ph: 09769803047. I send the defective product back on the next day of getting it. But during this 2 and a half month I contacted the seller and also the above address supplier many times. I got no solution.
Even they don't pick my phone. I also email my complaint on rediff customer care, buy they also stop replying. Even I don't know the status of my case. Don't ever believe on rediff online shopping. They are corrupt and biggest fraud. They ignore the customer grievances once they get money.
