I purchased a product which was'In Stock' from Ojjaz Enterprises listed under Rediff shopping.
After I paid the money, the product was shown as'Out of Stock'.
When I contacted the customer service, they said the product would be shipped and gave me a number to contact Ojjaz Enterprises.
The number didn't work, neither was the numbers listed on their Rediff page. After making a zillion calls to the customer service, they assured me that the product had been shipped.
After a week, I contacted them again, then they said the product was out of stock and that I'd get a refund.
It took another week for me to get the refund.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
