I went online shopping on Rediff Shopping for a book-- Foot Reflexology and made the required payment online. The said delivery date was 3 days post payment. I waited for 15 days and still there was no sight of any book coming my way.
I called up the customer service many a times and you are welcomed by IVRs and had to wait around 10 minutes to get through. Now the customer care personnel said he would get back with a feedback but nothing happened for another week.
Finally, I lost my cool and had to cancel the order. The website must not advertise or display products which it cannot service.
