This is a horrible experience with rediff.com. Time line of my shopping-
I booked an order and made the payment at the date 8/12/2008. Shipping time of the product was shown on the website is 7 days. I got an automated mail regarding delay of execution of the order at the date 19/12/2008 and a suggestion was provided to me, contact the vendor. I registered a complaint at the date 23/12/2008. No reply till now. I received an another automated mail regarding cancellation of order due to out of stock of the product at the date 26/12/2008. Even there are no indication about return of my money in their automated mail . I mailed them regarding this. I don’t know when they will return my money.
Ihave also experiences of shopping with Indiaplaza and flikpart. Awesome! Even I got my order before specified shipping time. If people get these type of experiences continuously, there will depletion in online customer stock of Rediff.com.
Update: They return my money. So, In last I like to say thanks to rediff.com. But my opinion regarding their service is same.
