Useless website with defective products. Review on Shopping.Rediff

Few weeks ago I was searching for headphones for my laptop.

I was low on budget, so I started searching. I selected Sony headphones. I was searching it for a low price, and I reached shoppimg.rediff.com.

Sony headphones were 250 Rs cheaper than other sites; I bought, and it got delivered on time after a week. I was very much excited. It was a sealed box when I opened it; it was broken. So I rushed and opened this website and wanted to return this broken headphones but unfortunately they said "you will get a call from service center" but I haven't got any, and my product wasn't replaced.

so I searched more about this website and found other people have some same kind of problems which are s mentioned

I have ordered one product from Rediff Shopping and the vendor for that product is Mayatra Enterprises.

Order no:

As per the order, it should be received within a week but is not yet received. When I tried to track the order, India Post Courier No:em* in, the bag has been dispatched but is not yet delivered.

I tried to contact the Rediff shopping support and the vendor - but none of them are responding to my mails.

At least if I get a response from their end, it would have been fine but they donot respond to my emails and there will not be any change in the delivery status.

and I found one more also

I had ordered 2 sets pf toys cars vide order no* and paid in full by credit card.

However, only 1 set was delivered and even after complaining online to rediff shopping till date there is no sign of the 2nd set.

It seems Rediff are in connivance with Mayatra Enterprises from Mumbai which is a vendor for rediff and are fleecing people. The product pictures shown are itself misleading, and the product size is very much different from that shown on the website.

The Mayatra guys don't pick up calls and disconnect when connected and they don't respond.

Being an advocate I will make Rediff shopping pay me all the damages in another weeks time

So, be make sure if you want to buy anything online from this website shopping.rediif.com

I made a mistke by buying something from it but you should not make any mistake buying broken products from this website.
