I ordered a Wooden Fold-able Laptop Table / Study Table from Rediff shopping on 2013-09-03. I got it delivered on 08-SEP-2013. when I opened the package I found that they sent a product that is worth half the value. When I contacted them about that, the STUPID customer support people told me to send the product back and that I would get the correct product with 5 working days.On 12th Sept I got a mail that a refund has been initiated for my order.
I called the support team and told them that I don't want the refund, I just want the correct product sent. They told me that they processed my request and that I will get a confirmation email. On 19th Sept I call them again and I found out that the refund has been processed on 16th Sept.
Why are you guys lying? Are you getting paid for lying? Moreover I talked to the agents and a supervisor as well, no one was helpful. The tone of their speech was like that they are doing social service an not their job. I even posted the feedback for the product more than once on their website but I guess they are keeping those records as trash.
