This is a fraud website. I had placed an order on 17th Oct 2014 and till date the same is not delivered. The status says that the order has been dispatched on 31st Oct'14 with a Blue Dart AWB no. When I check this AWB no on blue dart website, it says that this AWB no does not exist! I have made atleast 4-5 calls to their customer care number and I get the same reply that we have dispatched the order on 21st Oct'14 and when I tell them that I have not yet received the same the usual answer I get is "we will get back to you in 24 hours". I did not get any response on the email also.
Today when I called them on their customer care number and told them that I want to talk to their manager, I was told that I will get a call back from him in 30 minutes. I did not get any call but received a mail that my order has been cancelled and I will be refunded in 5-7 working days!
This is the worst website for shopping. They cancelled the order on their own without even asking me. And the worst is that they kept telling that the order has been dispatched a gave the Blue dart AWB no also. If the order was actually dispatched the how can they cancel it?
Friends please stay away from this cheat and fraud website!
