This is a big fraud company in India, I had placed an order with Rediff shopping as per details below:

Seller Name - Angad Sahani from Mumbai India
Total: Rs.798.00
They have delivered an expired battery pack which does not work. I have been corresponding with their customer support team about the defective product delivered by them without any success. Their response was that they will verify with the seller and get back to me. After verify my powerbank pack, they picked from my place, after 15 days again I call Rediff shopping customer care, they are saying I will inform seller to refund your money in your bank account. 6 months gone, no money received yet.
