I want to share my experience about shopping a mobile phone from rediff shopping.
I had ordered a nokia x2 red and black model for my dad as a gift.
1.it reached a week later that too after repeated calls to them
2.they had sent a white model instead
They say if I want the color I had ordered I need to wait for a month more..and I must courier the while phone model back to them.
They have a real pathetic service, kindly do not order anything form rediff ..you will save on lot of time and frustration.
