I have always sent gifts to my parents on all occasions. That is the only way we can keep in touch with our family and share love! And many times I have used Rediff. Everytime there will be one issue or the other. There was just once when everything went right - during Mother's day!
This time was worse! And when I write to Customer Service, the lady there sends me back a very diplomatic reply - ''Thank you for placing your order with Rediff.com....Look forward on serving you better at Rediff.com'' And when is this better service gonna come - Noone knows! Be very careful when you place orders in Rediff. I was shocked not to see a confirmation page for the transaction! I just entered my details, and there came the receipt! I was Zapped!!! Hi Vidya
Thanks for responding, but then this is so weird. There were 4 questions that I asked:
Why I was not able to key in a message? - No answer
Why the receipt was in INR? - No Answer
Still not reached - you answered, but then the guy had apologized for the delay. Heard something like he was a new agent! What is the point in receiving Father's Day gift some 4 days late!! Rediff got to check their partners before letting their regular customers down like this!!
Do you still want me to continue with Rediff? - When your customer service couldn't answer all my queries, wonder how better you can serve me next time!
