I purchased a book from Rediff. It was easy to use and convenient for new users as well. Though it has some sort of name and fame in online shopping market, I do not think it can really challenge the known shopping giants in India.
Purchasing a book was easy but I did not realize it charged me 30 rupees for delivery charge. There are shopping sites which delivers books for free and rediff charges fee. This will take rediff far behind compared to others. Though I like the website and its services, I do not like people to spend more just for the sake of delivery charges when all other are doing it freely. It would be called stupidity to pay extra when it is available for free elsewhere.
