I ordered a hamper of Rakhi and chocolates for the delivery especially for the occasion of Raksha Bandhan and this site brought me into the confidence that the order would be at the doorstep on or before the festival.So I made my mind because other sites were delaying their timing.After my order was placed and the payment made I got a message from them the very next day that your order has shipped and as per their claim it would be delivered by the claimed date, But after that day I have not got a single message or e-mail from them and their tracking is just a waste as it still shows that your order has been shipped albeit I have no clue where the hell is my order and the matter of the fact is that, it is of complete no use to me.It is the 9th day and my whole money and festival was ruined by them. After dropping them mail for refund and talking to their customer care department they are just assuring me that you will get your refund within 24 hours and then they get vanish. Again repeating the same pattern of not giving any required detail.
I urge everyone to claim against this site as it seems to be a scam just making money by fooling people.Never ever get into the trap of this site.Shame on your services.
